Michelle is present, loving and inspired. In her classes you can expect clear intuitive cueing, inspiring energy, and laughter with a solid safe ground to land on. She is deeply compassionate and mindful of all beings. Yoga is her moment to moment medicine. Michelle aims to create a space for people to see the student and the teacher within themselves. We are BOTH simultaneously.
Off the mat Michelle’s current passions include, and are not limited to; YoMassage, Human Design, meditation and breathwork, “gut/brain” health, permaculture, soil health, and cob building.
